DenisWHITTONPeacefully at home on August 2nd surrounded by his loving family, Denis aged 90 years. Devoted husband of the late June, dearly loved dad of Joy, Lyn, Denis and Kim also a much loved father in law and Pop. Funeral service to be held at St Hilda's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium on Friday August 13th at 10.45am prior to cremation. Friends please meet at St Hilda's Chapel. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to Macmillan Care, retiring collection at the Chapel. Enquiries to Relph Funeral Service, 43 Kings Road, North Ormesby. Tel 01642 246295.

A gentleman and a scholar , a man of morals, respect and dignity. A man that has a heart bigger than his stature and the kindness of any man I’ve ever known. This man is a legend and this man is my father in law. The grief is because of the love we all had for Denny but hopefully the grief will pass and the fantastic memories of a superb fella will prevail. Good night god bless mate and rest in peace. 💔💔❤️❤️
