Special daughter of Louisa, greatly loved mam of Peter, Liam and Duane, dear mother-in-law of Yasmine, Robin and Stacey. Also a cherished g'ma, great-grandma, loving sister, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and best friend of Jacqui.
A celebration of Hazel's life will take place on Friday 3rd July at 10.30am in St Hilda's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium. Friends and family please wear colourful clothing and meet at St Hilda's Chapel and afterwards at Jack Hatfield Sports Club.
Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired to Zoe's Place. A collection plate will be available outside the chapel.
