Passed away peacefully aged 78 years at Dewsbury Hospital. Funeral service to be held at Huddersfield Crematorium at 1.15pm on Monday 12th September 2016. Family flowers only please with donations in lieu to British Heart Foundation, Yorkshire Cancer Centre Appeal or the RNLI - a plate will be available for this purpose.
