Loving father to Gareth, Julie and David. Adored Bampy to Kirsty, Nicky, Lewis, Jess and Max. Great Bampy to Pippa, Lily, Sid, Billy, Joseph and Laniylah.
Resting at James Summers Funeralcare, Newport Road, Cardiff until the funeral service at Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel, on Wednesday 2nd April at 3.30pm.
Flowers are welcome and may be sent to the funeral home. Jerry will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Family was at the heart of his life and he was never happier than when surrounded by the people he loved.
