Peacefully on Thursday 26th June, 2025, at Morriston Hospital, surrounded by his loving family,
Bernard of Eastland Road, Neath (formerly of Skewen) passed away aged 91 years.
Dearly loved husband of the late Barbara.
Adored father of Debra & Claire.
Cherished gramps of Bethan & Sam.
Dear father-in-law of Neil.
Best friend and loyal companion of Lawrie the dog.

Bernard will be greatly missed b y his loving family and friends.

Funeral Thursday 17th July.

Would friends please meet at Margam Crematorium at 10:00a.m. for a service.

Family flowers only, but donations may be given in memory of Bernard to:

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Bernard, please accept my sincere condolences from all of us here at Tŷ Hafan. Bernard was a very special person and we can see from your Tribute page they were dearly loved by all of their family and friends. They will be missed. 

At Tŷ Hafan, the diagnosis of a life-shortening illness turns everyday life upside down for families, leaving them facing a future that is so different to the one they imagined. Your generosity means they can receive the care and support they need. Thanks to you, they can create a lifetime of memories in the time they have together, just like your memories of Bernard. I hope that gives you some comfort during this sad time.
