On 7th July 2026, Deiniol Wyn Williams of Danescourt Cardiff died aged 76, from heart failure whilst on his daily walk, formerly run, along the Taff Trail - a route he had followed for more than forty years. Although unexpected, Deiniol passed away peacefully in a place he loved minutes from his home.
Beloved husband of Catherine, devoted father to Caroline and Felicity, father-in-law to Ramón and caring grandfather to Lewis.
Deiniol's absence will be felt profoundly by his family, friends, neighbours and community.
The funeral service and burial will take place at 1.30pm on Wednesday 5th August 2026 in St John Church, Danescourt, CF5 2SH.
Donations in memory of Deiniol may be made to St John Church, Danescourt. No flowers please.
