JohnWOMBWELL(Heaton) Peacefully on November 5th aged 71 years. John, beloved husband of Maureen, much loved dad of John, Mark and Debbie and dearly loved grandad of Lydia-Rae and Amelie. Funeral Service at West Road Crematorium on Tuesday 19th November at 11.45am. Family and friends please meet at crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers will be collected at the crematorium for The Sir Bobby Robson Foundation. Afterwards all are welcome back to Heaton Meadowfield Club for refreshments.

Sorry to all of the Wombwell family for the loss of John. We shared many laughs and a really good time with him and Maureen on a family holiday to attend a wedding. He was a true gentleman and good sport. I'm sure he will be missed by so many. With love from Eileen, Frank and all the Devlins x

So sorry for the Wombwell family's loss. John was a lovely man. Adored his children and grand daughters and will be sadly missed by all. Thinking of you all. Alison & Dave ❤
