Susan GailWOOD(nee Sweetman) Peacefully after a long illness on Aug 3, 2016, aged 64 years; devoted wife of Gerry, loving mother of Mark and Christopher, grandmother to Joel, Ethan, Joshua and Liam, sister to Malcolm and Carol. Susan will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Resting at Ely Funeralcare, Wenvoe Court, 477 Cow-bridge Rd, Ely, Cardiff, until the service at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Port Rd East, Barry, on Tuesday Aug 16 at 3pm.
