Denise JulieYOUNGDenise passed away on the 27th of October aged 65 years at Huw's Care Home in Nottingham.
Denise is a much loved daughter and sister and will be greatly missed.
Denise's funeral service will take place at
All Souls Chapel, Loughborough Crematorium on Wednesday 22nd of November at 10:15am.
