RichardHOWELLSRichard Howells, aged 77 of Tonteg, died at Y Bwthyn, Llantrisant on 13th November 2024 surrounded by his close family.

Richard leaves his beloved wife of 56 years, Barbara, daughter Yvonne and son Simon. He also leaves two grandchildren, Izaak and Zebastien and son-in-law, Kristian.

Richard's funeral will take place on Friday 29th November at 11:15am at Glyntaff Crematorium, Pontypridd.

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers to Friends of Y Bwthyn.

I will always remember Richard as such a gentle and warm family man. He had a great sense of humour and a smile that literally lit up a room.

He and Barbara always made me welcome as a teenager when I spent hours and hours with Yvonne at the family home. I have such happy memories of that time. Thank you for those!

Sending much love to Barbara and all the family who I know will miss such a huge character deeply.

I find myself reminiscing remembering some of my earliest memories going out on the milk float with my uncle Richie. You were a kid hardworking man who will be sadly missed. Thinking of you all. Love Mark&Carol xxx
