Sylvia JoanJACOBS(Née Stanley) (Joan) Passed away peacefully at Alex Wood Care Home on Sunday 3rd March 2024, aged 96 years A much loved Mum, Nan and Great Nan. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday 20th March Cambridge Crematorium, East Chapel at 12:30pm. Family flowers only.
