The key update is that as you proceed through the booking, you will now have a clearer view of the final notice. This adjustment aims to provide a better experience, allowing you and the families you serve to better visualise the notice during the booking process.
Please note that the existing deadlines or date selection options have not been changed. You can still specify up to five home towns or notable locations for inclusion in each notice, ensuring a comprehensive tribute that reflects significant places in the deceased's life.
Additionally, all current features remain unchanged. This includes QR codes, facilitating online donations, sending family email notifications, and choosing between instant publishing or scheduling publication for a future date.
The new booking process will be live from Thursday, 20th March 2025. If you call or email us to book notices, please continue to do so, specifying that you would like the notice to appear online only rather than in a newspaper.
If you haven't yet accessed your booking history online, where you can view published notices, check your history, orders, previews, and book a notice, please let our team know. They will be happy to assist you in setting up access right away.
There is no change to the way you book newspaper notices. All newspaper notices will also be published online, providing the same benefits to families as digital-only notices.
Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or require assistance with these changes.
